今回お部屋に温泉の内風呂がある和室のお部屋をお願いしました。 お部屋は新しいわけではないが、綺麗で申し分なかったですが、エレベーターで2階に上がってすぐ、排水のような臭いがおか後は、コロナのせいかもしれませんが、15時チェックインなのにすでに布団が引いてあったのは、せっかく和室にしたのに少々残念でした。

Ok hotel in good location
Room Furnishing is old and dated. Also Need to pay for parking. However, the free access to their public bath with 3 different pools with differing temperature is a big plus. Short Walk to JR station and AEON mall also an advantage

The Japanese style room was rather dusty and the linens too. But the in-room hot spring bath was a really refreshing soak after a tiring day out.

NO SMOKING means NO SMOKING!
I booked the room for two adults; NO SMOKING and in the special request's area I asked for DEFINATLEY NO SMOKING. Upon arrival the lady that checked us in also repeated MY REQUEST OF NO SMOKING. I again responded DEFINATLEY NO SMOKING. When entering the room I saw the slippers provided were quite well used and did not look clean. After a short time we could smell stale smoke in the room and by that time we unpacked and needed to go out for an appointment. By the time we returned to the room we were very tiered and decided to JUST LIVE WITH IT, by morning time it was very clear the room was not at all a NO SMOKING room and in fact our clothes smelled of stale smoke. We had stayed at this same hotel on several occasions prior and found it acceptable. We will not return to this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean and in excellent condition. It also has a small but decent onsen. However, not sure of the reason, but the local area is quite empty with most shops closed early. The Aeon mall nearby helped somewhat. Price was reasonable.

It was surprising the centralised room air conditioner system did not work. The explanation front office gave me was to cool room, we had to open window instead. I found this insufficient and room was still warm.

Good but not good enough
Everything good but not quite impressive. Room was small but fair in JP. At a good location and easy to go for shopping and dining around in walkable distance. Service was good and waited a little bit long when get back the car. The receptionist asked us to get back the car at the carpark exit ourselfs after checkout but it was not instant. Extremely cold weather and waited there for about 5 mins, the staff so that asked us to get back to the lobby for waiting because it was too cold. It would be better the receptionist to call carpark staff to take out the car and inform us when ready.

Disappointing experience with this hotel. No earlier check-in or later check-out, even charged for 1 hour. ¥1000. Although booked for 3 adults single beds room. Given twin room with extra sofa bed. Really bad.

I heard that Japanese government is subsiding the travellers by paying 70% of the hotel accommodation charge for the travellers. This was confirmed and reported by the major media in Hong Kong. But I didn’t experience this benefit from my booking. It would be great if you can elaborate more about this recent policy of the government and let us know if there’s any refund for us please. Thanks very much!

Overall satisfied
Pros: - 1) Location is good. Open car park just next to the hotel. Near to JR station, Aeon and ramen street. Less than 5 minutes walking distance. 2) Check-in & check-out were fast. 3) Front desk staffs were nice & friendly. Good English speaking. 4) Got free kid amenities set, shampoo & conditioner at front desk. 5) Hot spring was good but small pool for lady, big pool for man. 6) Breakfast was good. Many choices. Waiters & waitress very polite. 7) Bed & pillow were comfortable. Cons: - 1) Room is small. No space to open your luggage. 2) Less parking lot. Park at open car park, parking fee 1050. 3) 5 years old child need pay 600 for breakfast.

Hotel staff asked us to prepaid and charged us on two days parking, but cannot provide space afterward, with bad attitude and almost no help for resolution. Rooms are very small and old, even in Japanese standard. The location is good though. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Value for money Japanese style room
We are a family of 5 who stayed in a jap style room. There's separated onsen bath, 2 washing basin and toilet. However, once the furton were setup, there's not enough place to open our luggage. Overall still value for money and right opposite Aeon Mall and JR station.

room too cramped for 2 adults and a 4 years old child. with 3 single beds almost no walking space. they gave a sofa as one of the beds, the one sleeping on that bed had a backache after that, regretted booking it. only the service staff at breakfast was fast and good.

Perfect location! Few seconds walk to his terminal and 5 minutes walk to JR station and two shopping malls and lots of eateries around. Staff were very friendly and very yummy breakfast spread but would be perfect if the breakfast would be different everyday or alternate. The stay felt like aalmost like a 5 star hotel to me.

Pleasant Stay
We were there for 1 night stay. Room is not big not small, I guess it's a very just nice size; just sufficient space to open up 1 luggage. The standard bathroom (seems like most Hokkaido hotel's bathroom are those ready made and fitted into the room) is the smaller one, part of the basin is above the bathtub. There's blackout curtains in the room, personally I find the room too dark. Location is good, just 1-2blocks away from the JR Stn & Aeon mall. There's a vending machine & laundry machine at the first level. Staff is friendly. I didn't try the spa as it was that time of the month. Will consider going back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel at a convenient location
We stayed in this hotel one night in a triple room. Its basically a Japanese standard double room with an addtional bed added which takes away any left over spare space. It is definitely crowded but since we are just transiting overnight, this is acceptable to us. Hotel staffs are friendly and speaks acceptable level of English by Japanese standard. The room is clean and equipped with all basic necessities (by Japanese standard). This hotel also has a public onsen (hot-spring) bath. This is the main attraction for most visitor to Hokkaido. Try it once and most people will find their skin condition turns back the clock for 10years. This explains why the price of the hotel room is above average. The Onsen condition is fairly good. Hotel is located just one block away from the Aeon Mall. There are quite a few dinning options at the mall. We are surprised to find a large Starbuck and had our breakfast there to save a few $ from hotel breakfast.

Clean, convenient and affordable hotel
The hotel is in a great location to make day trips to the amazing surrounds of Asahikawa. An affordable hotel compared to others in the area and great staff and nice, clean and comfortable facilities. The 14th floor bar has a nice outlook across the city. We extended our stay and the staff were really helpful. We'd recommend this hotel for mid-range travellers.

Great customer service, clean, convenient room
I had mistakenly booked one night instead of two, and booked my 2nd night last minute in the car on the way to the hotel. In my rush, I had booked 1 night in a smoking room. The staff did their absolute best (with the help of google translate) to help me stay in one non-smoking room for both nights, and it was much appreciated. Great stay, clean room, awesome location with tons of stores and restaurants within minutes of walking. The room also had a drinking water faucet which was great for refilling my water bottle for day trips. Great stay!

Convenient and comfortable, but small.
Room was very small (normal for most cities in Japan), but the amount of furniture made it feel much smaller. A lot of wasted space for such a small room. Breakfast was really good, parking (1000Y per day) was very easy, the onsen area was nice.
