We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

"This was a nice hotel with friendly staff with a prime location in Shinjuku. Only two issues for me. The first was the set of pillows that were on the bed were not comfortable. 8.4/10 Very good! (5,200 reviews)
"The hotel likes to market itself as luxurious and 4-star, but it's old and tired. There are huge lineups at check-in, and the alternative automated check-in is painful because it wants not only your last name and passport scan (you'd think that would be enough) but also your reservation number.
