Ein kleiner Natursee, die gepflegte Sauna (gebührenpflichtig, derzeit geschlossen), das gemütliche Cafe, und ein Brötchenservice (Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertag) in der Ferienwelt oberes Priental erlauben entspannte Urlaubstage. Die Nähe zum Chiemsee, nach Kufstein, Innsbruck oder München, viele Freizeitangebote in Kultur (Konzerte, Trachtenveranstaltungen, Ausstellungen etc.), Sport wie mountainbiken, paragliden, wandern, und Natur pur lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Viele Touren können Sie vor Ihrer Haustüre starten. Im Winter ist das familienfreundliche und schneesichere Skigebiet mit kleinen Liften und gepflegten Loipen ein Urlaubsparadies. Einige Lifte befinden sich in Nähe der Wohnung. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist ebenerdig, sie ist für gehbehinderte Gäste geeignet.
