Our spacious, modern, non-smoking atticvacation apartment on the 2nd floor, measuring 65 square metres and accommodating 2 to 6 people, boasts a breathtaking view from the balcony of Aschau im Chiemgau and a panoramic view of the Kampenwand! The open-concept living area, featuring hardwood floors, invites you to relax and guarantees a cosy living atmosphere. Our family-friendly apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pulled out to accommodate up to four people. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and electric blinds, so you can unwind in style after an eventful day. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Our living room is the perfect place to relax, featuring a pull-out couch and a Smart TV for watching films and spending time with the family; free Wi-Fi is available. Thanks to our open floor plan, you’ll always be in good company. A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower is a real highlight. These modern amenities not only guarantee comfort and functionality but also give the bathroom an elegant and contemporary feel, complete with a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided. Dogs and other pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
