Its quiet, central location at the entrance to the town—coming from the direction of Chiemsee—makes this house, with its two holiday apartments, an ideal starting point for a relaxing yet varied holiday. Both apartments are partially wheelchair-accessible: one is located on the ground floor, and the other is on the ground floor and can be easily accessed via a stairlift. The bathrooms are not specifically wheelchair-accessible but still offer comfortable freedom of movement. Just a few steps from the house is the bus stop, from which you can easily travel towards Chiemsee or into the town centre. The train station is about a ten-minute walk away and opens up further excursion options in the region. A free parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in the apartments.
Welcome to our modern, spacious, and light-filled non-smoking loft holiday apartment with 60 m² of living space—a place to arrive and feel at home. The apartment is easily accessible via a stairlift, providing convenient access even for guests with limited mobility; however, there are 3 steps leading into the living area. The open-concept loft living space features large windows that let in plenty of natural light and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. A comfortable couch and a cosy reading chair invite you to relax. A modern flat-screen satellite TV provides entertainment, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available. The open kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area, which also features a flat-screen TV. A visual divider creates privacy in the sleeping area, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. There is also a fold-out bed available for two additional guests, making the apartment ideal for small families or couples travelling with friends. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a hair dryer, and a washing machine—perfect even for longer stays. A separate toilet rounds out the amenities and provides additional comfort. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted in the apartment—out of consideration for guests with allergies and future guests.
The surrounding area is perfect for leisurely walks—such as along the barrier-free nature trail at the Moorbadeplatz, through the idyllic Bärnsee nature reserve, or to the popular Café Pauli with its cosy beer garden. E-bike tours into the Chiemgau Alps and the surrounding lake region are also ideal and will make your stay especially varied. It’s just 100 metres to the Orthopedic Children’s Clinic and a 10-minute walk to the town centre, where you’ll find various shopping options, restaurants, cafés, and the train station with connections to Munich and Salzburg. You can use the bus and train for free with your guest card.
