Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von April bis Oktober besteht eine Busverbindung nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und einer Gaststätte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gaststätte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der Rückseite.
Helle Nichtraucher Maisonette-Ferienwohnung 56 qm im 1. Obergeschoss mit Balkon, Wohnbereich mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Telefon, W-LAN, SAT-TV, Essecke, Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und extra WC. Schlafzimmer in der zweiten Ebene mit Doppelbett, Stockbett, Kinderbett und Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne und WC.

Schlechter Zustand der Wohnung.

Abgewohnte Wohnung, unvollständige, teilweise beschädigtes Equiqument und unsaubere Wohnung. Agentur versuchte Ihr möglichstes. Eine Grundsanierung (Küche, Bad, Matratzen) ist zu empfehlen.

ruhige Lage des Hauses mit tollem Blick auf die Bergen. In der Wohnung is t alles vorhanden, was die Familie braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist klasse. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung allen, die nach Ruhe suchen. Nicht weit weg befindet sich der Wanderweg in die Bergen,zu dem man fahren oder laufen kann. die Gegend ist so schön, dass wir gelaufen sind

Wir hatten schöne Tage

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, sauber und hat alles was man so braucht. Die gesamt Abwicklung hat super gut funktioniert. Nur könnte man vielleicht den Wohn - und Essbereich ein bißchen gemütlicher gestalten, dann wäre es perfekt. Viele Grüße Andy + Wolfgang

Ruhige Lage und gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig gelegen und für Wanderer ideal. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Aschau und Bernau.
