This room includes 1 double sofabed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements, and opens directly onto the terrace. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find 2 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The first room features 1 double bed and opens onto the balcony, while the second room is fitted with 2 beds and 1 pull-out bed, making it ideal for families or small groups.
