The parking spaces in front of the building are available only for short-term loading and unloading.
The “Sonnenschein” holiday rental, with 32 square metres of living space for 2 people, has been designed as an open-concept living area with a sleeping area and has a very welcoming atmosphere thanks to its light-colored wood furniture. The open and spacious living area is visually separated by a low wooden partition for a cosy feel. On one side are two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and on the other side is the cosy living room with a comfortable couch, a wicker armchair, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a lovely dining table for two, and a rustic cabinet for your utensils and clothing. The kitchenette is integrated into the apartment’s entryway and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner hotplate, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, and is equipped with kitchen items such as dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, pots, etc. Bathroom with shower/toilet and a hair dryer. The south-west-facing balcony with a view of the mountains is perfect for relaxing.
