Here, you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and let your gaze wander over meadows and forests—perfect for your holiday in the mountains. Both apartments offer plenty of space for couples, families, or groups of friends and combine traditional cosiness with modern comforts. Sunny balconies, bright living spaces, and thoughtful details create a temporary home where you can relax and recharge. Bedding and towels are included, and a washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed. Our holiday apartment on the 2nd floor, lovingly furnished in an Alpine style, offers 50 m² of space and is the ideal retreat for anyone who appreciates nature, tranquility, and rustic charm. The sunny south/west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and let your gaze wander over meadows and forests. In the spacious living area, with warm wood accents and hardwood floors, you’ll find an open kitchenette equipped with a microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-burner hob, toaster, and electric kettle. The inviting dining area and cosy sofa create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Flat-screen cable TV and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort—ideal for relaxing evenings or a quick browse online. The separate bedroom with a double bed offers plenty of peace and quiet and rustic Alpine comfort. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet—perfect for unwinding after an eventful day on the farm or in the mountains. Bed linens and towels are, of course, included. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Please note that dogs and other pets are not allowed in our holiday rental.

Numerous walking and hiking trails begin right at our doorstep, including the popular Bankerlweg, leisurely valley walks, and more challenging hikes up the Kampenwand or into the Hochries region. The Kampenwand Cable Car, the Hohenaschau Festival Hall, the falconry, and the castle itself are all nearby—perfect destinations for excursions, nature experiences, and cultural discoveries. The spa gardens and the town centre of Aschau im Chiemgau, with its shopping options, are just a ten-minute walk away. Various restaurants and the bus stop are also just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to plan your holiday comfortably and flexibly. A parking space right next to the house ensures a stress-free arrival, and a bike garage with charging stations for e-bikes is available for cyclists.
