Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature—including colourful sunsets that make the evening especially atmospheric. The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via an outdoor staircase. A free parking space is available right in front of the house, as is free Wi-Fi for relaxing or planning your next excursions. The location in Chiemgau offers ideal conditions for relaxation and activities: gentle hiking trails, scenic mountain hikes, idyllic lakes, cosy alpine huts, and a wide range of recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Here, both those seeking peace and quiet and active holidaymakers will find their perfect balance. Please note that pets and dogs are not permitted.
Holz & Himmel – Your retreat in the heart of Chiemgau. Our modern “Holz & Himmel” holiday apartment is located in the lovingly renovated attic of a former farmhouse and, with 53 m² of space, offers a place to breathe deeply, relax, and feel at ease. The combination of natural solid wood construction, plenty of light, and an open-concept layout creates an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home and find peace. Through the large windows, your gaze falls directly onto the greenery—meadows, mountains, and the warm colours of the evening sun. The apartment is ideal for two people and features an open layout: The living area, with a cosy sitting area, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, Bialetti espresso maker), invites you to spend relaxing hours here. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180×200 cm), a smart TV, and a clothes rack. The modern bathroom, complete with a bathtub, spacious walk-in shower, hair dryer, and toilet, rounds out the cosy atmosphere. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted. For families with infants, we are happy to provide a safety rail. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.
Aschau im Chiemgau is an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities. Both cities are easily accessible and perfect for guests who love to explore. The region is easy to explore by train: it takes about an hour to reach Munich or Salzburg, and Lake Chiemsee is also quickly accessible by train or bus.
