"Wir haben drei wundervolle Nächte in diesem gemütlichen, Haus mitten im Wald verbracht. Die Sauna war unser absolutes Highlight – ideal zum Entspannen bei wechselhaftem Wetter. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir fühlten uns bei Sonne, Wind und Regen rundum wohl. Eine Außendusche zum Abkühlen nach der Sauna wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den aufmerksamen Gastgeber – wir kommen gerne wieder!"

The house is old but because of this it is very charming, but if you are used to all the modern luxeries than it is not for you. The beds/matrasses are very good. Obwohl die Feriensiedlung relativ groß ist, nimmt man die anderen Häuser kaum war. Landschaftlich ist die Gegend ein Traum mit gut ausgewiesenen Rad- und Wanderwegen. "This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

" There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place. "
