"Great"

"Escala is a great hotel. Small, with excellent service by owners Adrian and Claudia. What I especially liked is that they provided me with customized suggestions for what I might like to see in town, something that Google Maps or Claude would not have been able to do. I hope to return to Cluj and if so will certainly stay at Escala again."

"Clean with nice breakfast "

"Nice and quiet location, close to shops and shopping mall, easy check in. "

"Nice place to stay and near the city center and close to airport I will go back and stay again "

"Good"

"We had a bad experience, the bathroom was not functioning, the water came "

"Lovely stay and very quiet."

"For Accomodation the decorations they were older. Breakfast poor."

"Very clean Apartment with very friendly and instant communication "

"The room was a good size, bathroom was clean, and beds were comfy. My 5 year old did find some broken glass underneath the curtains and a cigarette underneath the bed. We also couldn’t get any extra towels in the evening. Outside of that, it was perfectly fine. "
