Private: natural state property 480 m2, trees, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 180 m, ferry "Kristiansand" 83 km, bathing lake 2 km, lake Øre 400 m. Fishing possibilities 2 km.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Small terrace 7 m2.
