"location was excellent. kitchen was well stocked. Fridge was clean and very large. Host was easy to deal with. Oven and shower curtain needed cleaning. Apparently no insulation, so everything can be heard all over the house. W/D was very handy. Not good for people with low vision -- very dark inside. Bed in front bedroom was too high, squeaky and uncomfortable. Porch was lovely but chairs were uncomfortablehouse was located in a very nice safe quiet comfortable neighborhood."

"One of the nicest vacation rentals I’ve stayed in! The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, beautifully decorated. Loved the many big windows - made the space bright and airy. You can’t beat the location either—right downtown and within walking distance to everything. The owner was wonderful and very nice to work with. Highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again the next time I come to West Jefferson!"

"It is on a quiet street. About a 5 minute walk to the strip. All the essentials are provided. Says a max of 4 and that seems accurate. Parking for 3/4 vehicles. No complaints."

"Walnut Hills was an excellent getaway for a family. We had 10 in our party with plenty of room. Having the cottage was an added bonus. The only concern was the TV”s. The internet was spotting causing the channels not to be stable and clear. Would welcome Walnut Hills vacation home. It was a great family vacation."
