"Loved the view. Place was beautiful sitting out back. Enjoyed the ducks coming up. Only complaint i really have is we got there maybe 15 mins early n wasnt able to get in. Never had a vrbo not let me in a lil early but the host was reachable n offered to unlock. Even got a deal on another night! Would definitely book again!"

"Our family of 6 headed to Arkansas for a family float trip. We loved the location! Great proximity to food, floats, and not too far from grocery stores. I LOVE the carport! Made getting in and out less stressful when it was raining. Also keep the car cooler on those hot sunny days. I read through reviews before checking in and thought I’d clear some things up.Water pressure is awesome. Anyone who says otherwise about the pressure in this place might be used to taking a shower in front of a pressure washer or fire hose. Someone mentioned that there isn’t AC upstairs. There’s definitely central air in this unit. The air doesn’t blow out as hard in the upper level and there’s a definite temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs but turning on the ceiling fans helps circulation quite a bit.We loved our stay. My only real complaint was that it’s listed that it sleeps 6 but the 3rd bed is a narrow futon and there’s no way two people could sleep on a futon (comfortably). I don’t believe that’s the owners fault though because I think that falls under VRBO standards. For the money, this place is perfect. I’ve paid more for lesser rentals. The owner is great with communication and ensures you have a great stay. That is hard to find sometimes."

"The other reviews were spot on. It is an absolutely amazing property with many updates that aren’t pictured. The groundskeeping and landscape were immaculate. They’ve thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The golf course was in great shape and the river was just perfect. I’m grateful I was able to somehow snag this reservation on the holiday weekend! Money very well spent!!"

"This house was just what we needed. The house was clean and all the appliances worked well. The location of the house was good for us as it was close to the main parts of Cherokee Village. Parking worked OK as it was roadside parking and it would have been difficult to park by the house as the house sits on a steep hill. Speaking of the hill the picture of the steps bare witnesses to the steepness of the hill. It's a fantastic workout!All in all the house was as advertised, it met our needs, and the price was right."

"Overall it is a very nice house and beautiful view of the lake. The back yard was really nice, fire pit area and deck made it enjoyable to view the lake and let the kids play. Only thing would be it would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned down prior to our arrival as it was 82 and took awhile to cool down. Also having to lock the doors from the inside with a key especially the front door was a little annoying so if that’s the case, maybe providing another set of keys would help."
