Great House for a Biltmore Visit

Our family stayed here for a weekend to visit downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Extremely convenient for both places. House was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Hosts were responsive and kind. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a very quiet and restful place to return to after a day at the Biltmore. Would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay

My sisters and I were in town for a short 3 day trip. This was an amazing place to stay with lovely decor and comfortable beds. I’m glad I didn’t stay at a hotel. This was much more spacious and we had the benefit of a full kitchen and separate bedrooms for each of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again.

Wonderful house and host!

House was beautiful, clean and well stocked with essentials. Living room could’ve used a lamp but that’s just a suggestion. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Asheville area.

A really nice, newer home

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is nice and pretty new. There was construction next door, but it didn’t really bother us. The location was good for sightseeing. The only recommendation I have is to have more hand towels and kitchen towels.

Property as described. Quite neighborhood. Not too far from breweries, the Biltmore, and downtown. Items were labeled in the home and a welcome notebook was provided with care.

Lovely Home!

Lovely home with every amenity. Everything is fairly new and extremely comfortable. Enough seating for 5-6 people with a wonderful front porch for relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and every room has flat screen TV. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the welcome book had great suggestions. The location is extremely convenient to everything in Asheville (please note you WILL hear some road noise from I40). Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable home away from the hustle and bustle

Beautiful and well cared for, comfortable home away from the hustle and bustle of Asheville. We explored the surroundings of Asheville with other family members and prepared home cooked meals in the well equiped kitchen as we got ready for an upcoming wedding, the perfect place for our purpose. Checking in was very easy and Mandy provided an excellent guide to the house and the surrounding area, including an extensive list of selected local restaurants and places of interest. Highly recommended!

Just what we needed.

We were in the area for family event. With 6 adults we needed plenty of beds. The house had 3 comfortable queen beds and a blow up mattress. The home is fairly new and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is new but in the older Oakley area. There is construction beginning on new homes next to this VRBO.

Labor Day week in asht

Very nice property just as represented. Check in with simple home was very clean and beautifully. Decorated location was pretty good. Understanding that there was road construction at the end of the street. Kitchen as well equipped and I really appreciated the coffee and filters that we were available to use. Simple clean up and check out procedure post checked in on us the second day and were responsive. Thank you for a very nice stay. We very much enjoyed our time in Asheville area.

Comforts of Home

Cute house in great location. House is close to the Biltmore, where we were attending a wedding. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was easy to control, My favorite part was the shower water pressure and temperature. It felt like endless hot water, even with 4 of us having to shower. Shampoo and soaps provided and the TP was 1st class. We could have used one more roll, but that’s a family issue 😉. We had plenty of towels and were able to wash some cloths. Grocery store and CVS are nearby. The driveway fits 2 cars. The couches were comfy. The only thing we thought could be better was the curtains in the Master Bedroom. One more panel on the left would make it perfect to keep the sun out, incase you go to the dueling piano bar and get back at 3am. I looked at A LOT of places and we were 100% happy with our choice.
