Apple Blossom Retreat mins to AVL & Cove, Mt. View

A Mountain Experience 13 min. from downtown Asheville, 3 min to the Billy Graham Training Center Cove, 9 min to Biltmore Estate & Biltmore Village! 4 min. to Blue Ridge Parkway, 8 min to Highland Brewery, 25 min. to Catawba Falls. On a hill with beautiful mountain views, farmhouse lower level 2 bed room apt: King and Queen, living room: couch & futon, 1 bathroom, W/D, full kitchen, dining room, picnic table for the lovely outdoors, generous onsite parking. Best of both country and city living.
The space
Parking is up a gravel driveway, in the first pull off to the left. Walk down a gravel path to the lower level of the house. The last door on the right is the apt entrance.

The area directly outside of the apt. is your area to enjoy. Please do not enter other outdoor areas.

For health reasons, we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property.

Your front door will be unlocked via a code.

The entire AirBnB apt is private and separate from the rest of the house with inner and outer locks.

We are be available to help you with questions or concerns via the airbnb app.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We are a family with young children. We do our best to keep it down, but you will hear kid noises and, unfortunately, footfall noise. Quiet time is from 9:30pm-6am. We have sound machines in both bedrooms. During the school year we get up early on the weekdays. If you are planning on spending a lot of time in the suite during your stay, you will hear feet from upstairs, it is still, after all, a basement unit.

**PET POLICY: We allow dogs (no cats please, unless they can be crated while you’re away). We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the apartment. Dogs and cats must be crated while you’re out. Black Mountain and Asheville are very pet-friendly, so we hope you’ll find lots of places that your furry companion can join in the fun! doggy potty bags are in the bottom drawer in the kitchen next to the trash can.

We use hypoallergenic and moisture-resistant mattress and pillow covers for every guest visit. Both bed mattresses are Tuft & Needle mattresses.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed watching our grandchildren playing in the beach. The house had tons of room. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

It is a pretty apartment with comfortable beds in the bedrooms and a nice kitchen. It sleeps 5, as the sofa bed could not be opened. Communication with the hosts was spotty so we did not call that to their attention. We made do. We enjoyed the night sky as there is very little light pollution in the area. The surrounding area provides a nice view. Sometimes you will hear people walking upstairs pretty early in the morning.

It’s a nice property but if you’re looking for privacy and a secluded getaway this is not it. Can’t shake the feeling of being watched and listened too

Perfection Near Asheville, NC

We were very pleased with the location and our stay. Close to Asheville without being in the middle of it all and peaceful. Clean and comfortable place with well-stocked kitchen & coffee bar (thank you!)), and beautiful vistas from the front patio. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We would highly recommend and would stay again.
