- MINIMUM RENTAL IS 14 DAYS. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, with hardwood and tile floors. Split Bedroom Plan. Bright and open living space, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Cozy gas log fireplace, screened back porch, and a wonderful Master suite. Master bath with large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities. House is situated on a 1/2 acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. You are only 300 yards from the trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway, which also access the Mountains to Sea Trail. Less than 10 minute driveto Downtown Asheville. East Asheville has several nice restaurants nearby if you don't feel like driving into Downtown. Also, a full service grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway is about 8 minutes away. Potential Discounts available for Home Buyers relocating to the Asheville area! Also, I can offer a free guided Smallmouth Bass fishing trip on the French Broad River for guests (season and water levels permitting.) MINIMUM 14 DAY RENTAL
