Asheville is back! Restaurants are open, come visit, see the Biltmore house at Christmas! Walk out onto a patio overlooking a secluded woodland yard and babbling creek. Bedroom with queen size bed, Bathroom with rainwater showerhead and pebble floor. Large living room with brand new very comfy queen pullout couch (no bar!). Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker and electric teapot but no stove. Hot plate and pans available upon request. Off street parking. Great location about 3 miles from Biltmore Estate, 4 miles to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don’t strip the bed, unless there are stains in which case please put them in the shower and soak with cold water. Same with towels. Otherwise hang up towels so they dry.
Make sure all lights and mini splits are turned off, windows closed, unlocked.
Please wash dishes and put in the dish drainer that is to the left of the sink under the counter(put on the counter to the left of the sink so it can drain into the sink).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing stay in Asheville!

Our stay at Carol’s was so lovely! The location, amenities, and ambiance of the place were all great. If we come to Asheville again we will definitely stay here!

Amazing stay!

This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Asheville! Location is very close to downtown and very private. The apartment itself is well thought out with many nice creature comforts like an air purifier on top of ice cold air conditioning which was amazing in the summer heat. The bathroom has a wonderful rain head shower and the floor transports you to a spa. All in all it was a great place to stay and would strongly recommend!

Great short stay

We rented this property for a quick getaway for my daughter's birthday. The space and place were awesome and Carol was wonderful and easy to contact. Would definitely book here again!

Great place

Great spot convenient to blue ridge parkway and short ride to downtown. Clean place with enough space for the 2 of us, loved shower and river rocks. Carol was a great host and had great communication, we would stay here again.

A Great Private Escape

The stay was great! The unit was clean, stylish, and cozy. The host was communicative and very responsive. The location was quite and tucked away, yet close to the city. We thoroughly exnjoyed our time.

Beautiful home in quiet area

This is a lovely property, extremely clean. Communicative hosts. I wish we had known a little but more about the sofa. Not exactly large enough for even a small sized adult to stretch out comfortably on (the sofa is in two pieces, so it moves apart when you lay long across it, as opposed to the chaise one piece, which my friend’s body was too long for —he is 5’7” and very slim and found the sofa to be insufficient for his small body). Sofa would be ideal for child. Otherwise a great and hospitable stay!

Anniversary Getaway

Carol’s Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit to Asheville to celebrate our 15th anniversary! Carol is such a gracious and welcoming host with the perfect personal touch- snacks, fridge with drinks, fresh flower on the table and chocolates! The place was exactly as the pictures are online and it is so inviting and cozy. The location was perfect, everywhere we wanted to go it was only about a 10 minute drive; downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, breweries, all the fun places! It was great being so close but being able to come back to a quiet and comfortable place to unwind and recharge. And not to mention relax with an amazing shower in a bathroom nicer than mine at home! Carol knocked it out of the park!
