Central location in Asheville is conveniently located between I-240 and I-26.

Kitchen was just updated with new countertops and Samsung Stainless refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. New Samsung Washer and Dryer. New flooring in the kitchen & bathrooms. New water heater, toilets, Vanity mirrors with cabinets, and Vanity lights. Ring Camera Doorbell for front door notifications. Tesla EV Charger installed.

Covered back deck is ideal for entertaining & meals. Front deck gets great sun. Big grassy backyard has a big picnic bench and firepit. Great for gardening! Fig tree right next to the back porch.
