The staff was very friendly and helpful!! And they just loved my Beagle! The room was clean and had everything I needed! Bed was comfy too!! The only thing that needed fixing was the toilet seat , it slid when you sat down in it , but other than that it was a great experience (room 120)

Room was fine. Bed was soft. Chair at desk looked old and worn. Seat next to bed had stains. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast stuff, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, etc. Area around and near hotel seems a bit run down. It was near the Blue Ridge Parkway.
