Great location and comfortable accommodations

This newer luxury complex is in a great location close to many of the popular spots in downtown. Didn’t need to drive anywhere for this stay! While it was just a quick weekend getaway it was well worth it and would come back again!

Ideal Location - Beautiful Unit

We enjoyed our recent stay in Asheville! Within walking distance of restaurants and great shopping! Having a guaranteed parking space made this an ideal home base as we ventured to Chimney Rock and Biltmore for day trips. Nice to know there was a spot waiting for us on return. Unit was clean and nicely equipped for two.

Perfect spot

Everything about this place was great. Super clean, well furnished, superb location, good communication by the host. I was in town for a couple of days with my brother to check out Asheville and this was a perfect landing spot for us to walk to whatever we wanted to downtown. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Christmas at the Biltmore

We chose this condo for its proximity to the Biltmore and the dedicated parking space. The condo was walking distance to some restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The condo was very comfortable.

Excellent experience!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We stayed five nights and didn't start the car once during that time. We were able to walk to dozens of shops, restaurants, and breweries. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would stay there again.

Nice property in perfect location

This is a very nice condo unit in a new building, within easy walking distance of everything downtown. It is only a block off of Biltmore Avenue, but in a very quiet location, next to the Foundry Hotel. It was a great base for discovering the city. We had a little bit of difficulty getting the electronic key (on a phone app) to work, but eventually figured it out. Everything else about our stay was perfect.

Quick trip out of town

I popped over for a cooler days to just get out if town and relax. The location of the condo was perfect to walk to any restraint or brewery. It was the perfect size as well. I brought breakfast items and snacks which were easy to cook in the kitchen. The owners/property managers were quick to respond when I had questions about adjusting the thermostat or for the garbage disposal. I’ll definitely be back.

condo was very convenient to attractions, shops and restaurants along the main streets. Was able to easily download the app to obtain building access but it wouldn't work, even with the help of tenants who live in the building. However, don't let that deter you from booking. Maria was extremely responsive to our questions & solved our access problem. Would choose this property again

Great unit

The unit is exactly as described on the site. Super easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the Paxton app when we first arrived which happened to be at 2:00 AM. I was pleasantly surprised that Brandon responded to my distress message and got us all squared away. We had an amazing time exploring downtown and hikes to the various waterfalls in Transylvania county.

Condo in Great Location

From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to like this place. The unit is located on the same level as the parking lot. Bringing in your luggage and other things from the car is easy. The security system to enter the parking lot as well as the building and condo unit is very robust. The condo unit is exactly as described. It was extremely comfortable for my spouse and I. The condo is within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. I would stay here again.

Great location on the South Slope

For two people, this is a great choice. Place was clean and as shown in the pictures. It is a short walk to the main drag. A few blocks from food and breweries in the area. Only down sides were the eating area is small (at the kitchen island) and the stools didn't seem to match the counter height. The other is hooks for clothes/towels in the bathroom.. There is one by the shower to hang a towel but nowhere else in the bathroom that I saw. Driving a larger pick-up, the turn into the parking was fine but no way I could get to the security pad without having to exit my vehicle to swipe my phone. People in smaller cars did not seem to have any issue. Very minor issues that did not impact our stay at all. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The security does require an app on your phone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this condo for the location. It is within walking distance of the arts district and we did not have to drive anywhere until we checked out. Very clean, spacious condo. Secure building and quiet. Will definitely consider this condo when we return. Would have signed the guest book but we could not locate a pen. :)
