  • Nestled on 10 private acres and perched above the Bee Tree Reservoir in lovely Swannanoa, Eagle View is the epitome of a modern mountain-top oasis. With a kitchen fit for a chef, plenty of cozy outdoor space (including a fenced side yard perfect for pups), and floor-to-ceiling windows to soak in the mountain views just outside, there is no better place to experience the charm, adventure, and beauty of every season in Western North Carolina!

    About the Home
    • Chef-inspired kitchen with Wolf 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, and standard drip-style coffee maker with coffee grinder
    • Breakfast bar seating for 3 and dining table with banquette seating
    • Open concept living room, overlooking impressive mountain views, with gas log fireplace and 65" Smart TV for streaming and basic cable
    • Screened-in porch with outdoor dining, wood-burning fireplace, and open-air deck
    • Fenced side yard, perfect for pups joining you on your mountain vacation. Note: There is no direct access from the house to the yard. Guests must go outside to enter it.
    • A powder room and spacious laundry room are located on the main floor

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Of course that means winding your way up the mountain. AWD car recommended. Could use a large pot for pasta and a few more dishes. Otherwise very well equipped.
