Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight.

The staff were very friendly. I don’t remember names unfortunately. The young lady who checked us in was welcoming and warm. The one staff member who stood out most was the young man who works in the breakfast area. He smiled the entire time while working and he was always doing some work.
