We had the best time! A little hard with a toddler in tow and all of the stairs but we knew that going into it. The elevator is great for bringing bags in. Location was perfect to walk to Vortex Doughnuts in the mornings! Would def stay again.
Property was as pictured and location was walkable to many restaurants and breweries. Comfy beds and it had everything we needed. Wish we had warmer weather to enjoy the rooftop terrace. Thanks for a great stay.
We had a wonderful time in Asheville with many things to do from the Va Zoom Party Bus to watching Elk in the Valley and of course The Biltmore Estate and Winery A great time had by all. Thank you VRBO.

This brownstone is perfectly equipped and decorated. Walking distance to downtown and steps from the baseball field, it’s a great location. Bonus is a rooftop terrace with grill and fire pit! Loved this place!
We had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. The house was very clean, well stocked, nicely remodeled with very comfortable beds/couches etc. The elevator was a perfect plus. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop with the fire pit since it was cooler at night. We were able to walk easily to town and the other attractions were very close. Thank you!!
Very clean and modern condo. Top private deck with firepit was an awesome hang out spot. Lots of stairs but the elevator was helpful, especially taking bags down to the garage. Location was awesome. We were able to walk to downtown. Had a great time in Asheville.
Was clean and well appointed. Nice kitchen. The heat was a little tough to figure out but we just opened the windows. Garage was super convenient. It was close to so many things. We enjoyed our girls trip.
Terrific location, en suite baths & internet TV in every room were helpful; however, for the price, we were disappointed by the quality of provided necessities … one-ply toilet paper, 3-in-1 bath product, rusty knives. A few thoughtful touches would have gone a long way to validate our decision to splurge on this listing. The beds were comfortable and the living room/kitchen level was a great place to gather.
The property management company was courteous and responsive to our questions. The maintenance staff had to do a routine check-in on something noticed by the cleaning staff. We were impressed by their diligence to make sure all was well our rooftop patio door. And our guy who came… I think his name was Leroy, he was friendly and very kind, even volunteering additional information. Nice condo and nice experience overall.
We stayed here July 21-25 for a “mini family reunion” and the place was perfect. The location is, as advertised, very convenient to the craft beer scene and to downtown.
The condo was perhaps the most nicely appointed VRBO home we’ve ever had. The furniture, the fixtures, and the provided housewares were all top notch. Even with three vehicles, parking was no problem - the garage housed one and there was plenty of convenient street parking for the other two. The elevator was great for groceries and luggage.
Only two things surprised us: one was the lack of a dresser in the upstairs guest room. The other was wasps in the fire pit - though someone must have anticipated that, as there was a can of insecticide spray nearby. Neither of these were major issues, just surprising given the overall high quality of the property.
Overall an outstanding place in a wonderful location. We will likely return to Asheville and will most definitely look to stay in this property, or a similar Yonder managed one, again.
Check in/out was a breeze. This place was perfect for our group of 5. 5 min walk to wicked weed, 10 to packs tavern. There was a baseball series during our stay, so parking was tough during that time but overall great townhouse, great location. We had the best time!

We wanted walking access to south slope brewery district and downtown. And easy access to freeways to go to Pisgah and DuPont to mountain bike. This property nailed it and was also great because it had a bathroom per bedroom. Would stay again.
