We had a lovely stay at this condo! It was decorated and stocked perfectly for our Thanksgiving holiday. The rooftop deck was so lovely! Strongly recommend staying here!
Wonderful condo right in the heart of Asheville! The private elevator entrance made it quiet & safe! I hope I have a opportunity to stay here again next summer for the Love.Shine.Play festival!
Perfect for what our family needed. Proximity to arena and all the restaurants we needed. Large beds were a plus! It was nice not needing a vehicle all weekend. Make sure you have parking accommodations planned out before hand like we did. Such fun!
Great location in downtown Ashville. Close to restaurants/shopping and a short distance from Blue Ridge Parkway, airport and Biltmore. Unit is as described, loved the outdoor patio. The only complaint I’d have are the different codes needed for the main entrance, elevator and unit. Just had to look them up everytime we came and went, but not a deal breaker.
The S&W Building is the epicenter of Asheville action, and having the food court, brewery and coffee place on the 1st and 2nd floor was really nice! The elevator that takes you up to the condo on the 4th floor is in great condition, you can count on it working, and the condo is quiet with no noise coming up from the food court or brewery! The restaurants in Asheville are great, like Cúrate, but get a reservation for this one!! We did not do much cooking, except for breakfast, pick up a flat white, cappuccino or expresso downstairs to go with your toast. Parking was easy at the big parking lot out back, but it is $12 a day. With all that is within walking distance, You might park and not need to leave! We Really enjoyed this place and will have great memories.
Really fun place to stay. It was very convenient to be able to walk to so many stores and restaurants. We parked in the big parking garage just behind the building which was easy. I will surely look at this place when we visit again.
Great location and clean unit. Pillows were really hard. Interesting welcome kit - only one pkg of coffee, one packet of creamer, no sugar and several packs of olive oil. Note, one upstairs bedroom was open to the living room. That said, the unit was very nice, comfortable beds, and the location was outstanding. Easy access and responsive property management
My reluctance is if I rate it too high others will book it when I want to come back to Asheville. Best place I've rented in a very long time. Perfect location. Great amenities. Loved the sunshine on the back deck.
Beautiful place. Could use better water pressure and more hot water upstairs. Need to add a curtain for big window because the sun is very bright and there is a bad glare on the television. I loved the space, size, and decor.
Great 4 day, 3 night trip with dad and brothers. Central to everything. Walkable to south slope area where majority of breweries are located in Asheville. Property could use some updates. But all and all everything was wonderful. Easy acces to building, to elevator and to condo. Great view on porch / balcony of mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

A warm (but good) time in Asheville
It took 1.5 days (of our 3-day stay) to provide the Unit with cool conditioned air (AC). Technicians from Management (which was initially fairly tough to reach) made 2 trips to repair the Air Handler (which was frozen) and the Condenser (which we understand was leaking freon).
A "#" needs to be added at the end of the Entry Code to the rear exterior Door.
Several of the Door Hinges squeak and need WD 40 or similar.
This was the perfect place to stay to explore downtown Asheville. You are in the heart of it. Literally. The home is spacious. It was actually overkill for us being only two people. There were three king sized beds. And an enormous terrace with a peek at the mountains. Despite being downtown, it was very, very quiet. The decore was great and the TV had all the apps. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need for a gourmet meal, but why bother. Tons of great places are right there. Including a food hall in the building. So convenient. As for right there, don’t miss Red Ginger for Asian tapas, and a couple of nice places for breakfast - the Rhu Cafe (a coffee shop with good food) and the Early Girl. Awesome. Chestnut is another great place. One small nitpick. The description said three and a half baths. It was only two and a half, but we obviously didn’t need the extra. Water pressure wasn’t great, but that’s probably just a function of being on the top floor. Another great thing about this company. We forgot something in the unit. We contacted them and they retrieved it. Very quick communications and very helpful. Don’t hesitate booking here. You’ll love it.
The property was exactly as described in the perfect location. The photos were an accurate depiction of the loft unit. Would you recommend to anyone visiting Asheville. Two thumbs up!
We stayed here on a weekend in mid-October and were very pleased with all aspects of the property. The location is perfect to be able to go out on foot and enjoy all that the downtown area has to offer. The building is secure and the unit was surprisingly quiet. Our 2 adult kids joined us and it was great having a 2nd bedroom and separate sitting area with futons. It worked out great. The folks at Towns Property Mgmnt are fantastic! On Sunday morning, we were running low on coffee K-Cups that were provided so I sent an email to them to let them know (for the next guests) and within an hour, they dropped off a new supply of K-cups! My only issue was that the water pressure in the showers could have been stronger. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again - which is not something we'd say about many other vacation rentals we've experienced.
Three days in Asheville is never enough time. I brought the family up from the beach to kick off summer. WOW - this place is located in the prime spot of Asheville. Never picked up the keys. Plenty to do from coming downstairs to SW cafeteria to Shops and restaurants across the street. Sweet Spot!
The apartment was in the perfect location, which was the biggest plus. Entry into the building and parking were both somewhat of a hassle, but only at first and exactly as described in the listing so no real complaints there. The apartment needs a little TLC but was overall clean and comfortable. Great week in Asheville for a family of 5.
Incredible location in the heart of Asheville downtown. Property is accurately described and photographed in listing. The only thing that I would request for our next stay would be additional shampoo and soap. There was only one small bar of soap and 2 small shampoo’s per bathroom. No lotion or conditioner. We would definitely stay here again!
