This is our 4th time staying in this hotel and every time it’s been wonderful. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We will continue to stay here when we visit Asheville.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Asheville East–Blue Ridge! The location is very convenient, with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I slept well and truly enjoyed my time here. A great place to stay while visiting Asheville — I would definitely come back!

We weren’t in the rooms much. They did have a slight “old hotel” smell. But we still found this to be an amazing property. So close to so much. Waking up to see the mountains on every morning was great! Any staff we encountered was super friendly!

The room was very basic. The rugs seemed very dingy only because the room we got was next to the elevator we heard squeaking and creaking every time it went up and down, and the air conditioner system was allowing air to come in from outside, and it was the area where people were smoking right below our window, so it smelled like somebody was smoking in the room. I didn't love this Holiday Inn, but I didn't hate it enough to cancel and go somewhere else. The breakfast wasn't free when we went to get dinner, the bartender was excellent and the nicest person and the chicken finger and fries were exactly what we needed.
