"I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Asheville East. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless the room was and how comfortable the bed felt—I got a great night’s sleep. The highlight, however, was the onsite restaurant, Woodfire Bar & Grille. It was so convenient to have such high-quality food and service right at the hotel. A huge shoutout to Shaun, our bartender and waiter. He was incredible and even remembered our drink orders the very next day! It’s rare to find that level of personalized service.
