Personless check in was a little frustrating, however a friendly voice on the phone helped.parking lot was fine.codes for doors worked well.hoyel is right next to the highway,room very small the dull size matress comfy but one person was against the walll.room much smaller than it looks in the picture.room and hallways were clean and felt safe,not close enough to walk to restaurants had to drive anyway.

It was the perfect place for our trip with our dog. The place was spotless and the location very convenient with parking behind the building, even though a bit noisy due to the highway traffic nearby. Great communication and very easy to check in and to access the unit.

Clean room, trendy, love love love the bath soap/shampoo. This is my second time staying at a Kasa, and will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future. I love the little touches like the water and cookies. Having plates, cups, flatware, and paper towels came in handy. Everything was pristine. Not having an elevator wasn’t an issue. However a bedroom tv would have been nice. Overall wonderful stay close to everything!

One of the best places, my wife and I have ever stayed at place was very clean and comfortable felt like home. The only thing I’d recommend is having hooks on the walls for bath towels.

Cool building it was very clean. The room was nice, I liked having a seating area away from the bedroom. Only flaw my pre check wasn’t working on my phone or tablet, so I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone. And the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Literally barely came out the shower head.

This is a historic apartment building that has been redone. The rooms are very cute, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but it worked for our needs. The neighborhood is very walkable.

Kasa was a clean, affordable and in great location

Enjoyed my stay at Kasa. The apartment was very clean, in a safe neighborhood with private parking, affordable and had updated room decor. Staff answered questions that were text to them almost immediately. Downtown was a 10 minute walk away. Best value stay I've had in years. Thanks for offering such an attractive alternate to hotel rooms.

Loved our trip staying with Kasa. Easy check in. Clean and quaint room. Everything needed in kitchenette. Only qualm is the water pressure in the shower but I can easily overlook that. Excellent location and close to lots of things to do and see in Asheville. Definitely will be staying at a Kasa location again.

This place was amazing! Great price for the area and the space provided. Everything downtown was very walkable from the location, including many breweries. Kasa provided everything needed for a weekend trip (or longer). They had many small details that added to our stay, like a sound machine and a Keruig! Would stay with Kasa again!
