Luxe Townhouse with Garage and Terrace
Renovated corner townhome is located in the heart of Asheville`s South Slope District. With four floors of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and queen sleeper sofa. Unit also has a private elevator and rooftop terrace to enjoy the views. For your safety, security cameras are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors
There are two parking spaces included with the unit. One located in the private garage (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the other located in an assigned space behind the townhome.
Guests will be provided with detailed check-in instructions upon booking. These instructions will be re-sent 3 days prior to arrival. This rental is managed by Towns Property Management Inc; a locally owned company that has staff available 24 hours in case of emergency.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway to Asheville and really enjoyed staying here. The check in process was very smooth and the place was spotless. We accidentally got locked out and they were able to quickly let us in remotely which was super helpful. Overall had a great stay here!
We loved the location of this townhouse. We were within 5 minutes drive to Biltmore estate. We were within walking distance to so many restaurants, breweries, and parks.
It was fun to sit at the roof top patio in the evening.

Such a great townhouse in a fantastic location! Our family all agreed that this was probably the nicest VRBO we had ever stayed in - even nicer than the pictures show. We loved the rooftop terrace, and the elevator was great for getting our luggage up to the third floor. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again!
Our stay was great - we could walk about 15 minutes (up hill) to downtown Asheville or enjoy nearby breweries - there were several within 10 minutes walk. The place itself is new and clean with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Communication with the owner was good and self check-in was easy.
The condo was immaculate and everything worked perfectly! Very responsive host. Loved the elevator for my mom, who has restricted mobility. Walking distance to taprooms and shopping. We would definitely stay again!
It was a perfect location and it very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to places to eat parking was great and rooftop patio was so comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too.

Great location for the South Slope July 4th Block Party! The band stage was set up less than two blocks away. We had an unobstructed view of the fireworks from the 4th floor terrace. It’s a short uphill walk to all the breweries and restaurants, with an easy downhill stroll back “home”. We were close enough to downtown that the Tukit tour picked us up right outside the door. The elevator was great for luggage and cooler transport.
(Lesson Learned: Don’t buy dairy from the mini mart across the street!)
This location was perfect to be in the South Slope amongst all of the breweries! Beautiful place to say the least. Tons of room for all guests and the terrace was the best touch. Would stay again and recommend.
We stayed for five days in May. The townhouse was clean, spacious, well -appointed, and in a very convenient location for walking to breweries and great restaurants. We highly recommend!

We've stayed in this row of townhouses for a few years, they have the best location right down the hill from the best breweries Asheville has. This unit was just as amazing as all the others. Highly recommend, great walking distance to the breweries and easy commuting to Biltmore Village.
The place is very nice. We had no problems. The patio needs a shaded area or large umbrella. I have no other suggestions because everything was very nice.
Overall the property was very nice. We had quick access to downtown and the Biltmore Village area. Our only criticism would be some of the furniture wasn't comfortable particularly the sectional sofa on the main kitchen level. Outdoor furniture on the roof area seems in need of replacement. Otherwise all was great with our stay.
Fabulous new town home located within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, brewery's, and shopping. This home was finely appointed with unique decor, a compete kitchen, super soft beds and linens, a garage, rooftop deck and extra loft space. We could walk to downtown and rented electric bicycles right across the street. We will definitely be back and hope we can stay here again!!!!!
This was our first trip to Asheville and the property was perfect! Everything was spotless and we loved being able to walk places along w the short drive to Grove Park Inn and Biltmore. Would recommend this property to anyone. A random surprise we had was seeing a large bear on the hill behind the condo. Cannot tell you the shock of seeing it out of the corner of my eye while watching a movie.
