    Your stylish 1BR/1.5BA apartment is located in the heart of downtown Asheville. Only 2 blocks from Pack Square, you'll be within easy walking distance of all the action. Beautifully renovated, the apartment features sophisticated details like exposed brick, original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and skylights throughout. If traveling with a large group, consider renting the three other apartments in this building. LIVING AREA An open living room is furnished with a 47 flat-screen TV with a DVD player and two plush armchairs. The comfy sofa doubles as a queen-size sleeper. Multiple skylights throughout the apartment flood the space with natural light. KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar provides plenty of counter space and seating for three. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table for four. BEDROOM & BATHS Between the sleeper sofa in the living area and one bedroom, this rental sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom promises a great nights sleep in a king bed. This room includes an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Providing added convenience, this apartment includes a half bath. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Metered street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paid garage parking is also available nearby. Please note, this home is only accessible via a flight of stairs. My sister and I stayed here for a 4 night trip to visit the city and it was prime location to all things we wanted to do! Walking distance to evening , and within a 1 hour drive to Blue Ridge Parkway to explore the mountains! I will definitely stay here again next time!

Fantastic place in the heart of downtown

The loft was exactly as pictured in the listing! Very modern, clean and cozy. The location to downtown is amazing, with shops & all kinds of food options very close by. Parking was manageable and the parking garage is only a block away from the loft. I would absolutely come back to this loft, recommend friends to stay and explore other available lofts through this property management company!

Great spot in the center of Downtown Asheville

This spot was perfect for all of the restaurants, bars and shops we wanted to hit. We were able to walk just about everywhere! It was easy to get in and out of the building and the area felt safe. Parking also was easy considering there was no designated lot/spots. Getting to and from the nearby parking garage was fairly simple and quick. My car was also safe there overnight.

Getaway for two downtown

We booked this place for a 3 night stay and loved it. Cool layout for 2 people with lots of space. Convenient location across from a gorgeous church. Street noise comes and goes but wasn’t annoying and the sound machines in the bedroom helped. Great amenities and spacious condo! It is also nice having the half bath. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and spacious in a very convenient location in downtown Asheville. The code lock for the apartment door was not working, but the property manager had a solution for us in little more than 30 minutes. No big deal. Fortunately we were provided a physical key to access the property. It meant we could avoid the TEN-DIGIT access code for the lock. I would have found looking up a ten-digit number on my phone annoying. (Other rentals with similar locks seem to use 4- to 6-digit combinations that I find easy to remember.) The other observation was that the hosts did not seem to be part of the community. While there were brochures, pamphlets and maps on site, we found no personal recommendations or tips from the owners. Just how to run the dishwasher & thermostat, and trash day is Wednesday. Kind of missed those useful hints so many other hosts enjoyed leaving for us.

The apartment was absolutely AMAZING!!! Beautifully decorated and love the skylights- lots of natural lighting. The amenities were awesome! The patio sliding doors were awesome. We had a wonderful time at this loft! It was in a perfect location. There were enough toiletries for the entire trip- which usually doesn’t happen. The bed was super soft, the bathroom was tucked away and private, and the tv in the living room had plenty of channels to choose from! Will definitely be back!
