The space
Modern 2-story mountain home with most living space on the main level. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (all king beds), an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, and an indoor fireplace. Step outside to a wraparound deck with outdoor seating and a hot tub, offering expansive mountain views.

The layout includes a primary suite on the main level with a double-vanity ensuite, a guest bedroom with a full bath and dedicated workspace on the main level, and a lower-level bedroom with a full bath that offers added privacy—ideal for a third couple or older kids.

Please note: stairs are required to access the main living level. The driveway is steep (typical for the area); in winter weather, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is recommended. On-site parking fits 2–3 cars max.
