"Clean convenient friendly and extremely walkable part of town, best place to stay in Asheville"

"I wasn’t expecting maid service for a two day stay but my room was made up and spotless after we returned from our day visiting friends. Everything was covered in pollen outside and could have benefited from a hosing down, but since it’s been so dry, maybe it’s a water shortage issue. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was busy with refilling and cleaning."

"I come here a lot. I love the front staff they are very friendly. Has a home environment feeling. The cleaners do an excellent job. Honestly whoever picks staff at this place deserves an award! "

"I had a very nice, clean room. Staff was pleasant. Check in fast & easy. The hotel is very nice, in a safe area, good parking. Breakfast is typical hotel Breakfast. Yogurt, bagels, muffins, cereal. Enough to get you going in the morning. I definitely would stay here again. "

"The room had no hot water because a boiler was down. It took some doing to get a refund and move to a different hotel. The gm was not amenable at first. But eventually said he would make sure hotels.com gave a full refund. I have never had to deal with this before. So, I'm hoping it is actually refunded. "

"We booked a top floor room for our stay so that we could over look the city ....big mistake. Our room was the most neglected room I've ever stayed in. This was shocking as from the outside and the lobby were beautiful! The only good thing about our stay was the bartender, Nikko. Very solid guy."
