Donna was very nice and attentive to any needs or requests we had. The area/cabin was absolutely Beautiful and very quiet. It was a perfect spot for my wife and my anniversary vacation. Highly recommend and I'm already looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Truly one of the nicest places we have stayed! Perfect for a couple wanting a lovely relaxing holiday. We rode mountain bikes daily at nearby Bent Creek. Enjoyed wonderful microbrews in Asheville and relaxed daily in the hot tub. Our hosts were so thoughtful and made the stay so nice. The cabin is clean, private and well situated. The view from the porch is worth the stay! A place we hope to visit again.

We visited for our anniversary and had an amazing time. We absolutely loved staying at this cabin. The owners were so kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fishing. We also went tubing on the river less than 15 minutes away. I also thought the little fireplace area was absolutely beautiful.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property in the mountains. This cozy cabin is perfect for 2 people who want to relax. The hot tub was definitely a plus. We enjoyed fishing and caught several while here. We will definitely consider returning to this quiet spot.

We had a great stay at this lovely cabin on a pond. Donna was very friendly and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Great Getaway

Donna’s cabin sits on a stunningly beautiful property. To reach the house you drive past a lovely horse farm with mountains all around. The cabin is cozy with everything you need including a hot tub and screen porch that overlooks a tranquil lake. The inside is well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. If you’re looking for a magical forest getaway this ticks all the boxes.

My partner and I spent our three year anniversary here! It’s was an absolutely amazing stay! Downtown Asheville is so close, there’s so many trails, and good food/drink! The home was very cozy and comfortable, the host was extremely kind! We cannot wait to come back! 15/10 honestly!

Perfect quiet getaway!

Couldn't have asked for a better spot for a few days in the Asheville area. Loved eating out on the porch and then enjoying our downtime in the hot tub. Sierra Nevada Brewery is a short drive and its beautiful, but we decided to go straight back to our private spot and enjoy the peace there instead! Loved the personal touches when we arrived and the owner is readily available if needed. Can't wait to go back!
