Simply Divine in West Asheville

Stunning new contemporary home in the heart of eclectic West Asheville with all the bells and whistles. Fully-equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen with Samsung/Cuisinart appliances and Cephalon cookware. Generous deck off the kitchen for that quiet morning cup of coffee. A luxurious master suite with king bed, rainfall shower in the bath, smart TV, and plenty of storage. Second bedroom with king bed and second full bath upstairs. Office space and media room (also with smart TV) double as sleeping areas with fold down sofas. Full size washer and dryer. Upstairs bar area opens onto a spacious treetop level deck perfect for evening cocktails after a busy day seeing the sites in Asheville. Bring out the smart speaker for your favorite tunes or sporting events. Wireless internet throughout. Plush towels, specially selected toiletries and comfy robes and slippers round out a truly pleasurable stay.

Full-time property manager onsite (as required by Asheville homestay rules). He resides in a completely separate apartment on the lower level but invisible unless you need him for contingencies.

Absolutely delightful!

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. Gorgeously decorated, comfortable beds, and a perfect location to take day trips to explore all of the surrounding beauty. The walkable downtown area is just minutes drive away. Highly recommended staying here.

Cute house

Simply Divine worked great for our short visit to Asheville, and is conveniently located to the places we wanted to see. Many nice touches, like snacks, a bottle of wine and body care products.

Great value

The home is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. As others have said, the mattresses are in great condition. They have snacks available and even a bottle of Biltmore wine. Next time we are in Asheville we will stay here. It is convenient to downtown and Biltmore Estate.

Loved the house and the city!

Had such a great stay in Asheville! Tried some of the dining recommendations too and they were delicious. So many things to do. Lots of room and the outside deck was enjoyable in the evening. Would come back again!

Amazing home

This is by far the nicest vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family including a toddler and infant. It is beautifully designed, has everything you need in the kitchen, and has so many extra nice touches to make you comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely home in great location

This was the perfect base for our trip to Asheville for a wedding at New Belgium Brewery. So close to that and also convenient to downtown and the Biltmore Village area. The property is exactly as pictured with very comfortable beds and thoughtful extras that made our stay even more fun. We really liked eclectic West Asheville and only wish we’d had more time to explore.

Our family loved this home- so clean, bright, well-decorated and fully functional. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfy (we appreciated the extra linens!), great showers... so many thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay great. We would definitely return!

Beautiful stay in West Asheville

This home exceeded our expectations. Traveling with our three year old, we were very happy to find this home had ample space for the three of us, with extremely comfortable accommodations and lots of wonderful details. The neighborhood is active, but in no way overwhelming to navigate around in. We definitely hope to stay here again our next time in Asheville.

West Asheville Gem

We loved this house, both for the location and certainly for the house itself. The host has thought of everything, we felt welcomed immediately and loved every minute of our stay. The drive to downtown (and the arts district! go there) was very easy, and the house is walking distance to some delicious West Asheville spots. Can't wait to stay here again!

Ladies Hiking Vacation

We had a fantastic long weekend! The layout of the property worked well for catching up over a glass of wine after our hiking outings. There were great spaces inside and outside to gather. The hosts have decorated the space beautifully, and we enjoyed the many thoughtful gifts such as the wine and snacks and the bathroom supplies provided to each of us.

Don’t Stay Anywhere Else!

I have booked many vrbos and can confidently say this host was the best I have ever experienced. From the check in process to the accommodations to the checkout, they thought of every detail. Everywhere you looked were amenities which is not a requirement of a Vrbo stay but made our stay that much more enjoyable! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing a relaxing, wonderful space for my friends and I. The house was the cherry on top of a fun weekend away!

Simply divine

Very clean, cute, nicely re- modeled two bedroom house with a large downstairs den and two dens upstairs. Well located in west Asheville, in a quiet but somewhat unkempt but apparently very safe neighborhood. Outdoor porches upstairs and downstairs. Easy access to all parts of Asheville and nearby hiking trails. The owner was very easy to contact if needed.

Convenient and quiet

The house is bright, modern and very comfortable with more space than we expected. Cooking was easy in the well equipped kitchen. The first time driving to the house, we worried about how it would be to get around, but downtown and Biltmore are about 10 minutes away. The dead end street is very quiet, making the outdoor spaces very enjoyable to use.

Comfy, gorgeous and convenient

IF i there is availability because i get the feeling this place will be booked up, this is my new Asheville home away from home! my daughter goes to school in asheville and i visit from time to time. The hotels are either too noisy or too expensive for what you get, so this place is a godsend! The owner and site manager were very friendly and responsive to questions. the amenities are well thought out and the design is serene and comfortable. A+ location
