This is a great location if you’re catching a show at The Grey Eagle or looking to explore RAD. The room was big, clean, and full of fun touches. Staff was kind.

Amazing location walkable to everything river arts district, and still not a far walk to downtown. So many options for coffee, yoga, dining, breweries. In unit washer dryer and full kitchen were major bonuses. Lobby are was perfect for getting work done. Will come here again.

Like a large studio apartment, clean, new, very comfy beds, kitchen, even a W/D. Location a bit out of the way on a hilltop over the RAD. Great for walkers.

From the beginning, everthing was great. We were greeted by a super friendly person (I wish I could remember her name). She help check us in and held the door open for us while we brought our luggage in. The property was clean and safe. We truly appreciated the in room laundry, and it had every thing we needed to make dinner. The parking was safe and secure. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was our second stay and we loved it both times. Each staff member has been very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the River Arts District. The hotel itself is so colorful and fun which makes it stand out against the normal drab feeling of a hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay there again!

I couldn’t decide between 4 or 5 stars. The property was a good location but also a little loud with music going at night. Luckily, it ended fairly early. The staff was friendly but not super helpful. The room was very well appointed. It was large, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay with our 3 kids. The parking was nearly empty and very clean and safe and made getting to and from the room a breeze.

We loved our room. It was large and well furnished. It had a complete kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. No need to buy or go in search of dish or laundry detergent - everything was provided. A modern facility with friendly staff and a convenient location. Customer service on the whole is not particularly friendly in Asheville for reasons that are unclear. But the staff at the Artful Way always had a ready smile and went out of their way to help meet any need.

We love this place. It’s new, clean, big rooms, full kitchen, and laundry! The only things we had issues with were the air conditioning was finicky and our accessible shower flooded due to lack of drainage for the water. Overall, we love the location and will come back.
