Wonderful Home Base in Asheville

A lovely rental property in a perfect location in Asheville. Centrally located within sights to see in the area. The house is very, very clean and tucked away in a quiet private location. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay and great house and accommodations

A family vacation that we did some hiking, golfing, toured the Bitmore and many local breweries and restaurants! The house was great for the number of family members and any home cook meals we needed to do. Kitchen was very well stocked!

Fantastic weekend

This house was perfect and had amenities galore. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Downtown AVL is only a 15 minute drive. Property is nicely secluded as well, and Yana was an excellent and communicative host. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent Mountain Retreat Close to Asheville

We greatly enjoyed this home during a long weekend trip for spring break. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the various amenities, including the air hockey table, the ping pong table that converts to a pool table, the large outdoor deck, and especially the hot tub! The house is a 15-20 minute drive to Asheville and 30 minutes from a great hike at Catawba River Falls. Yana is a terrific host and an excellent communicator. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Fun Thanksgiving

Stayed with our family of five, including 3 boys and our dogs and my mom and brother for Thanksgiving, and we all loved the house! It was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the games and hot tub, and it was within a short distance to the Biltmore which we really enjoyed with all of the Christmas decorations. The host was very helpful and I would definitely recommend the house to anyone considering a tirp up to the mountains!

Perfect all around

Yana is a terrific host, her place is spotless! My kids enjoyed the stay more than all other activities in Asheville, they would ask when we could go back. It has everything you need and more, A nice place to just sit and relax. We had a terrific time and want to come back soon.

A perfect way to start the new year

From beginning to end this little hideaway was perfect. The beds were comfortable and cozy, fireplaces well stocked and everything was incredibly clean. Yana went above and beyond helping us get an additional topper for my sister who has a bad back. This cabin is meant for a good time with games on every floor and in every room! Well worth the price and an excellent experience!

Peaceful Retreat

Had a great time even though it was a short 3 day trip. Location was excellent and house met all our expectations and was very clean. Yana met us at the house to give us a quick tour which was very helpful. Even got to see a family of bears passing by as we enjoyed the outside fire pit. Kids loved the games that were provided. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. Home was well designed, clean, and well appointed for a family of cooks. Loved both fireplaces. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Setting was ideal. Siblings visit the Biltmore and more

Loved the home and location. Driveway is very steep but it was part of our adventure. Very cool for April and the signs told us both indoor fireplaces were closed for the season. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and we all had plenty of privacy. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you

Amazing weekend at this wonderful home!

This house was amazing and Yana was great! House was clean and tidy, comfortable furniture, lots to do, wonderful views and an overall 5 star experience. We had 8 adults for a winter weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. Yana met us and gave us the tour which was very helpful. Everyone was able to come together for meals in the kitchen/dining, but there were also plenty of spaces to have some alone time. Highly recommend!

Great Family Retreat!

We had two beautiful weeks in Asheville! Our vacation home was perfect for my husbands 3 brothers/wives. Lots of room to spread out, wonderfully appointed homes and bears and turkeys on view. So much to do at home and in the Asheville area. Our kids came the second week and they also loved the home and activities in Asheville. Host was great and provided great info on the area. House was immaculate and comfortable

Family Vacation

The property was lovely and perfect for our family - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very clean. Lots of things to do: ping pong, pool, jigsaw puzzles, hot tub, corn hole, horseshoes. Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive before and during our stay. The only questionable thing was booking. The price changed three times within 5 minutes as I was trying to book our stay. Was this VRBO?

Mom’s Surprise 80th!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Bears, walking hills, plenty of seating, hot tub, TV for football are just a few of the delights! The house was very clean and the host was delightful. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and blankets. We enjoyed a Mama bear and her three cubs. Owls. Turkeys. The stay was just what we needed! Hope to return someday! Make sure you save some time to just enjoy the porch and the house. We definitely needed one more day!
