  • Come see us! Baseball season has started. Come see family friendly minor league baseball in Asheville. PGA coming to Asheville this fall! The weather keeps getting better!! This is a very comfortable 2 BR/2 BA with expansive wrap around deck to take in city and endless mountain views. We are 5 minutes to downtown Asheville, & Biltmore Estate/Village. We are situated on Beaucatcher Mtn in the city. You have woods, wildlife, mountains and the city outside your door. Take advantage of everything Asheville has to offer while enjoying our comfortable home in the Kenilworth neighborhood!
    Please note the host of this property keeps a residence in walk out basement when in town. We do NOT share any of your space.

We had a wonderful stay at Nana‘s place. Marie was so helpful and Andrew came to the rescue with the TV.We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.Everything you could possibly want or need was available and the scenery was gorgeous.

Other than a little bit of confusion surrounding how to operate the mini split HVAC system, this property and the host were very impressive. The place was clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The house was great and in a great location that was very easy to get to even with a detour for construction. Very quiet neighborhood and the host was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay again!

The place was so cozy. Great view of the smokies. What was perfect is that is was 5 minutes from everything. We went to the Biltmore one full day and the next all over downtown. The house was all decorated for Christmas. It could not have been more perfect!!!

Our party of four could not have been more pleased with our stay at Nana’s Place! Clean, charming, well appointed, comfortable - our lodging checked all the boxes. The location is convenient to shopping and less than 1.5 miles from the Biltmore Estate. Our hosts Andrew and Marie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Our only regret is that our stay was not longer.

We so enjoyed staying at Nana's Place! The porch area was a perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The whole place was very clean. All the furniture was very nice and comfortable. I will be suggesting it highly to family and friends.

Friend’s wedding weekend!

We had the best time staying here. We were in town for a friend’s wedding and this location was close to downtown and it was super easy to get Ubers/Lyfts for cheap prices. The place was super clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Terrific Stay

Our family stayed at this property for two weeks to be close to a new baby in the NICU at Mission Hospital. The property is terrific and the hosts are wonderful. The views from the deck are terrific.

Outstanding home away from home.

Nana’s Place was ideal for our stay in Asheville. Centrally located to all the hot spots. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. All amenities are provided and some! Would definitely stay again if we visit Asheville.

The property and location were perfect for an extended weekend visit to Asheville. Near the downtown, the arts district and Biltmore, but felt like it was in the country. Nice surroundings and big patio to relax on. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and close to everything

This is a comfortable place and it is close to everything in Asheville. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and even stocks coffee for your morning. The deck is awesome! Highly recommend and would stay again.
