You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

King en suites. Walk to Town center. Porches with city & mountain views.

We are following the CDC and the Asheville Cares guidelines for keeping our apartment to the highest standards for disinfecting and cleanliness.
There are 3 decks for your enjoyment with panoramic views of both downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The first deck has a gas grill, a cocktail table and bench. You will want to spend as much time as possible enjoying time relaxing or dining on the second deck taking in the marvelous views. The 3rd deck is for indulgent resting on a double hammock or a game of ball toss.
The open living room/dining/kitchen are well appointed for your comfort while you enjoy your time together. There are 2 king bed bedroom suites at opposite ends of the apartment, which allow maximum privacy. All this, and you could walk to downtown, and only minutes drive to Biltmore Estates. There is ample, free, off street parking for 2 cars. Just a note; it is my pleasure to meet you when you arrive for check in and make certain if there is anything you might need, and please understand you can call upon me at any time during your stay if you wish. Otherwise, you are in the above described, very private space, undisturbed.

City Lights

Lovely accommodations with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the excellent balcony. The host is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to downtown Asheville. I highly recommend this property.

Just like home

Great location, immaculate condition, fabulous view, had every accessory we would need and all the supplies. Our host was very accessible and extremely helpful with any and every request. We stayed for an entire month and would do it all over again. LOVE Asheville!

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay at City Lights! The location is perfect. It is close to downtown and the Biltmore but is quiet and has plenty of space inside and outside for our family to spread out. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay

Great property and location

The accommodations and location were excellent. Easy to access Asheville and surrounding areas. Host had warm cookies waiting for us and checked in after us getting in to make sure everything was acceptable. Very nice views of the city and sunsets. We would highly recommend!

Long story short, great location and view. Suzy was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the accomodation was great. We'll definitely look this one up again for our next trip to Asheville.

Beauty in the Hills

The property was beautiful. Our hostess met us and as we entered, there was a plate of delicious cookies under a napkin waiting for us. Everything was exceptionally clean and beds comfy. We would definitely come again.

Full disclosure, this is a rental where the property owner lives above the rental. Having said that, it was a wonderful space! Very clean, beds comfortable and you didn't hear the owners upstairs at all. There is a nice deck overlooking the back yard with lots of birds. We even had a family of bears walk thru the back yard one morning! The location had a nice view of downtown and the mountains. The road noise was very loud during rush hour traffic which was a bummer, but the location to downtown and the Parkway was good. I think the positives outway the negative and would recommend giving it a try.

Asheville weekend

Perfect space for two long time friends to catch up over a long weekend. The view of city and mountains was wonderful. Having two master suites was just what we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. The house and the grounds are filled with art and plants enhanced the relaxing vacation.

The best of everything!

Fantastic accommodations

This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Great view of the city and the mountains. It is well stocked and inviting, all the way down to the delicious cookies on the table upon our arrival. proximity to downtown is great, but if you plan to walk downtown, you might want yo evaluate options because the highway may create some navigational challenges.

Wonderful home in the heart of Asheville

Suzy’s home is a lovely spot near downtown Asheville. The view from the porch is so serene and the home was clean and beautifully appointed. Suzy was super responsive to any of our needs. The home was a perfect location for exploring downtown, Biltmore and seeing the Grove Park Inn. We would definitely stay again!!!

Fun get away

Property had great location and view. In the city but had bears on the driveway and on the hill across the street. Luckily, they were pretty chill. Liked the outdoor patio area. Loved getting warm cookies at check in. Overall, very pleasant stay

Perfect Getaway!

City Lights was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. My sister and brother-in-law joined us for a few days. The property is close to so much, yet it is far enough away that you are not in the hustle and bustle of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the mountain views. The hosts could not be nicer and more accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
