"I stayed at this property while visiting London with my daughters. The host was so accommodating and allowed us early access to the unit to store our luggage while we waited for the check-in. The Flat was clean and well appointed with a kitchenette and wash and dryer. It was the perfect location in a very walkable and safe location. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Everything about our stay at this property was great. The location was great. We were able to walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The were a couple of great local places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again."
