Spacious, clean and comfortable place and we enjoyed our stay. We were in walking distance to family that live in Ashland and loved having the food co-op so close for daily groceries. Not to mention the great coffee across the street at Noble coffee.
Six of us gals stayed in this cute and comfy condo. We loved the outdoor space in the cool mornings! The beds were good, house clean, kitchen adequate. We walked back and forth to town on several occasions and would recommend to others or stay again.
Exceptionally clean apartment! Easy walk to downtown Ashland, the theaters, lots of restaurants and Safeway. There's a coffee shop just half a block away! We enjoyed the outside patio furniture with the nice weather during our stay. Beds are on the firmer side. The neighborhood is very quiet.
We loved the apartment. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and plays. Thank you!!!
This was a great location for our sons who were staying here without a car. They could walk to coffee, across the street, and two grocery stores were very close. Even though they were at our house much of the time it was a great place to head back to for quiet time, or nap time. They also appreciated the full kitchen and washer and dryer. Thank you.
This home and yard was perfect for the four of us. Very clean, quiet and convenient. We had a question about the propane and the host replied to my text immediately. We enjoyed the patio firepit and the large table. We all agreed that we would stay again.
We loved staying in this duplex!!! Great communication with owner!! Close to OSF on a quiet street. We rented entire duplex for our family. Unit is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.
We have stayed at this property before and it is better than ever with great changes! This is a great and comfortable spot near many amazing things in Ashland!
It is comfortable and livrable and had a nice outdoor space. It was nice that you can walk to town from there. The neighborhood was quiet. We were very happy with the property.
Extremely well-managed property, thoughtfully outfitted and located in a quiet, interesting neighborhood that is only a short walk away from the OSF theaters. Noble Coffee, a mecca for coffee-lovers, is across the street. Highly recommended!
Loved the location, lots of space, inside and outside to spread out. The only downside was there was a dearth of plates, bowls and coffee cups. However there was plenty of wine glasses. A set of salad plates and a few more dinner plates/bowls/coffee cups would make this an even better place to settle in and enjoy Ashland.
We used to stay here with extended family when visiting Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival annually. It was great to be back and see the updates the new owners have made. We made good use of the decks in the back yard. We hope to come back again next year.
Very clean. roomy and well stocked. No complaints but two suggestions to make it even better: handheld shower attachments in the bathrooms and an extra foam topper on one or all of the beds.
We stayed in the lower unit of this quiet two unit place. The new owners have put in two wonderful patio decks with awesome fire pits, perfect to enjoy an Ashland evening. The place is an easy walk to downtown and the Railroad District. The living area is comfortable with a small gas fireplace. The layout works well for two couples or a family. It is not large but the lay out gives a good separation between the master bedroom and the other two smaller bedrooms. The kitchen is provided with all the basics including lovely wine glasses which can be used to sip the excellent Chardonnay from the owner’s winery.
My only suggestion is that the owner needs to provide a written “guide” to the house which is standard in rentals: how to turn on the fireplace; what do we need to do when we vacate the property and so forth. Also some information about what to do in Ashland- recommended restaurants, etc. We have been to Ashland many, many times but for the first time visitor, all of that is very helpful.
We will happily return to this rental for our next visit to Ashland!
Anniversary celebration plus a nostalgic revisit of Ashland.
Very nice location. Close to downtown Ashland. Noble Coffee shop right across the street. Very few hangers. Had to go to Bimart to purchase more. A grab bar would be nice in the master bedroom bath.
We rented both units for our sons wedding in Ashland. The units were clean and very comfortable. Kitchens were both well stocked with glasses and cooking items. The beds were cozy and comfortable. We walked around Ashland the house is located in the middle of all there is to see in town. We especially loved the decks and newer patio, we spent a whole day enjoying the views
