Room is beautiful, courtyard is stunning: thank you all!!!! Had a rain bubble in the roof when checking in and once front desk knew they switched us room asap and comped 2 dinners !! Amazing !! "I drove into the neighborhood and it is an extremely dangerous area. One of the houses next door was boarded up. The other one had the windows blown out with sheets in the windows. There were people everywhere with their shirts off and trash and empty alcohol bottles in the streets. I called immediately to let Expedia know that I was not safe and felt in danger. I spoke to someone there that indicated that the company (RedAwning) needed picture proof of me being in danger. It was past dark and your company wanted a young woman to not only reenter a dangerous neighborhood, but to linger long enough to get pictures in the dark. The situation was escalated and your company still insisted on receiving pictures of the neighborhood. Again, the insistence was that I endanger myself. In the daylight hours, I returned to the neighborhood and got the pictures that were insisted upon while endangering myself. After sending the information, my claim for refund due to misleading pictures posted from the area was denied. I am appalled that endangering young women is apparently what your company enjoys doing."

"House was huge very nice,great water pressure in the shower, master bedroom was big. Wish we could’ve stayed longer the backyard and pool were perfect. Everyone loved the house. Cynthia was great in communicating if we needed anything. If we ever get back to Arizona we will definitely look to stay here again, thanks again "

"We were in the Glendale area for a soccer showcase for our daughters. We needed a house to stay at that was close to the team hotel for a reasonable rate. We have made this trip several times and rented other houses. This one was perfect for our needs and was much cleaner than others. They even had cold water in the refrigerator and snacks on the counter. Perfect house, especially if you are wanting to be close to the Arizona Cardinals stadium. We will look to book this house again when we come back in the fall. "

"This spot was like a "mother-in-law suit" attached to the host's home. It was clean and comfortable. The the host was kind and responsive and also sold amizon out of their garage. The home was located in a nice gated community with several playgrounds and many walking paths.."
