The Space:
Welcome to beautiful Chautauqua Lake. Lake views can be had from all the back and side windows and right off our lakefront deck of course!
Whether Marinas are your thing, sunrises or sunsets. Enjoy everything lake living has to offer! This year-round cozy cottage located in Ashville, NY features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a lakefront sun-room and deck. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and cooking supplies, linens, towels, and electric grill.
Sleeps up to 12 people. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. Downstairs you will find one bedroom with a total of three beds - one bunk bed and one standalone bed - off the family room with a pull-out couch from IKEA. The family room has a large Smart TV and there is also a first-floor washer and dryer.
Enjoy spectacular views of the lake with plenty of outdoor space and your own private dock and fire pit. The home is also stocked with plenty of fun games such as – Spikeball and cornhole. Free parking for up to six (6) cars is available. Don’t forget to get out on the water with the provided kayaks, paddleboards, and floating swim rings or rent your own boat!

✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.
✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)
✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ Please note that security cameras are present for exterior monitoring only. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.
✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee
✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
★★ PETS ARE ALLOWED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
✹ We welcome well-behaved pets. Only 3 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 3 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation)
✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner's control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time.
✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. (Pet cleaning fee minimum of $500 may be charged after the reservation if proven that there was neglect on this item)
✹ If a pet causes damage to the rental property, the guest is responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements.
✹ Guests must provide proof of their pet's up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick treatments before check-in.
✹ If a pet becomes a nuisance to other guests or neighbors, the guest may be asked to leave the rental property without a refund.
✹ Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets to other guests or neighbors.
✹ By booking this rental property and bringing a pet, the guest agrees to abide by these pet policies. Please note that failure to comply with these policies may result in additional fees or the cancellation of the reservation.
