Our family had an amazing stay at this cottage! It was located in a cute area that was convenient to local shops and restaurants. The property was extremely clean and well kept making our stay easy across the board. Overall, lovely experience and hope to return back.

The property was super cute! We loved the sun porch and it was a great space for 4. We didn't get. a chance to use the fire pit but it was there just in case. We walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed looking at the cute little cottages. There were plenty of food options nearby. Fun weekend!

Great stay!

Cute little cottage is a perfect place to stay while at Lake Chautauqua! It was our first trip to the area and the location of the cottage made it easy for us to explore. Communication with the owner was excellent! Would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Quaint and quiet in early winter.

Very nice getaway for late fall. Basically had the area to ourselves. Nice and quiet with plenty eateries still open.

Restful getaway

What a wonderful place to rest and refresh. We brought our boat so hubby was able to do a lot of fishing and I enjoyed quiet time at the cottage doing some hand quilting projects. Hope to visit again!

Cozy Quiet Cottage

Absolutely loved this cottage! Very clean! Had all the amenities we needed and was a quick drive to all the shops and restaurants at Bemus Point! Also very close to the market and the marina where you can rent boats!

Cozy cottage for girls trip

Stayed one night in the winter with a girlfriend. The cottage is exactly as described. Great location and safe neighborhood. This place would be fantastic to visit in the summer.

Midpoint get away

We stayed over a snowy January weekend, but enjoyed the snug warm cozy cottage and the views of the lake and canal and the quick trip to the Chatauqua institute.

Friends weekend

Property was just as it was pictured, updated but cozy! We really enjoy having a fire pit. Nice area to walk around with both channel and public entrance to the lake. Glad we were off season as neighbors are close by, but highly recommend!

Great Cottage

Stayed with my husband and 12 yo. We were able to get our boat in and docked. Very convenient location. Beautiful neighborhood with park across the street. Loved taking walks and enjoyed the sunroom very much. Nice, cozy place with all the necessities.

Cute cottage

We had a great stay and beautiful fall weather at this cute, clean, comfortable cottage. The cottage offered everything we needed. It's adorable. The cottage was on a canal that led to the lake so we were able to dock our boat right at the cottage. What a perk! Lindsay was helpful answering our multiple questions prior to our arrival. We're so happy we found this spot to stay at while we enjoyed fishing at Chautauqua Lake.

Quaint diamond on a quiet street.

The photos in the listing are accurate. Know that the canal width is not as wide as the pix make it look, but it is still pleasant to have it there and see boaters go by in the morning. We stayed from a Sunday through Friday so it was beautifully quiet. Plenty of towels and kitchen fully equipped!! Enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening on the dock. Lindsay was always timely in her responses. Houses close together - you get to meet others traveling if you engage. Otherwise, you can enjoy the solitude. Everyone respects each others’ privacy, and at the same time, there are friendly neighbors with whom you can engage. A/C units provided nice temperatures inside. Gas stove great for cooking. Everything you need is in this cottage! Back closed in porch is sunny and welcoming. Lindsay was a great host, very prompt I

Has everything you could need, but tight/cozy for 5 grown adults.

The owner was very responsive to our questions/concerns. We had an issue with bees entering the building and the owner had an exterminator come very quickly! The main floor is very nice, everything you could need is provided in the kitchen. We liked the water cooler, ice maker, Keurig, the provided k-cups, paper towels, trash bags and all cooking utensils you could need. No dishwasher, but not a problem for us! The sunroom is super nice and has a great view on the canal. We used the 2 provided kayaks but had to use the neighbors ladder to get in and out of them. The firepit area and grill we did not use at all. We also used the washer/dryer and they worked very well- we appreciated having those! The 1 bathroom was well equipped with towels and TP. The listing states 2 bedrooms, but really 1 queen bedroom with a door and separate space for 2 twins at the top of the stairs with no door to close off the space. The queen BR has very little room to walk, I'm 5'5" and had to bend over the bed to walk to the other side. Definitely cozy! The sofa bed was awkward for an adult. It tilted in towards the back and my son had to sleep with his head at the foot instead. Probably just needs an adjustment. Overall, the cottage was very well equipped and has an awesome sunroom, kitchen and outdoor space. Probably best suited for a young family or a couple.
