"J'ai mis une etoile mais pour moi ,il ne la mérite pas. Cet hote est une grosse déception pour moi et montre que cette personne manque de professionnalisme et de sérieux. Tout d'abord, je lui envoie des messages pour informations mais aucun retour !J'arrive en place, j'appelle pour récupérer les clés, le téléphone éteint et le hote injoignable. "Bonjour Brave gens fuyer , il y q juste un lit , après c est des canapés . Pas de prises a la salle de bain. Pas de ventilateur. Aucune aération. La cuisine est plus que limite . Niveau sécurité, les fils dénudés de la prise murale pendent proche du lavabos,,risques d éclaboussement d eau . Tres bruyant. Nous avons quitté 4 jours avant"

"The apartment was spacious and clean. I like that there was a washer and dryer. However, the dryer did not work and we couldn’t figure out why the wash cycle was so long. I tried to follow the instructions for the TV but couldn’t figure it out. Also I knew there was no shower but the bathtub was too skinny for me to sit and there was minimal hot water. The ability to communicate with the host was essentially non existent. We had extensive difficulty locating the apartment. Thank goodness our...

"La estrategia es bien conocida: se anuncia un apartamento bueno y después se dice que ése ya está ocupado, proporcionando al cliente a última hora otro mucho peor. En este caso, sin wi-fi, con sólo una sábana pequeña que no cubría la totalidad de la cama, sin toallas, sin papel higiénico y con mobiliario roto. Todo muy lamentable."

"We had planned on staying in Tangiers and had not realized the hotel was in Asilah, 35 minutes away by train. We decided to give Asilah a good look and were very pleased with the Hotel Zelis. Close to the rail station we found it simple and inexpensive to move around by taxis. We had a room on the fourth floor with a spectacular view of the ocean. There was a sand dredger working in the harbor but we didnt hear it ( but could see its lights).Great little breakfast buffet. Out for a stroll I had a sweet little girl about ten who made me a delicious crepe with Nutella drizzled on top. Very safe to be out walking at night. Not impressed with the Medina but maybe I’m just spoiled. Highly recommend Asilah for a couple of nights and we liked the Hotel Zelis."
