"This is an amazing hotel. It’s massive. We had a huge room with a view of the farms and fjords from 3 vantage points and the biggest shower in Norway. The staff was great. The only negative was the restaurant. The food was pricey but not great."

"The Hotel exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, with something for everyone, and the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Could not fault any aspect of our stay."

"Great place to stay. Our stay was very short this time, but the hotel is in a great location, very close to lots of fun things in downtown Oslo and the staff is super friendly and helpful. "

"It’s a very simple hotel so don’t expect anything fancy. Self-serve check in and basic room amenities (bed, bathroom, tv). Relatively speaking, it seems like a good price for the location. Clean and quiet."
"One word: WOW! Clean, great location, very friendly welcome when checked in (thank you ABDI for top customer service and customer appreciation!) Breakfast was wonderful and plenty! We would like to say a special thank you to Marcos and leave a great shoutout to ANGELA and AMALIE!
We have traveled around the world and can truly say that these ladies are in it for the right reasons. They love serving their customers. Being greeted with such a great, genuine smile in the morning and seeing them work so hard to satisfy their (not always friendly or appreciative) customers only deserves one verdict: PERFECT - A+++! We hope that they will be in the loop for the next promotion. Thank you Scandic St. Olavs Plass!"
"Staff was helpful and friendly, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal with a large selection. Only downside was the room was a little small. Air-conditioning was great since it was 90 degrees F in Oslo."
"Amazing spot! Close to everything - the train, the water, Karl’s Johan. Arrived at 9 am after my flight to store my bag, and my room was already ready and was able to I sneak in a nap before an afternoon of exploring! Gorgeous inside - eclectic and whimsical, but cozy and comfortable. Great amenities, quiet rooms and clean, kind staff, air conditioner and amazing shower head, complimentary cute slippers. They even gave me a takeaway container so I could have some free breakfast to go on the train. Highly recommend!"
"There is no reception desk per se but I had no problem checking in via the digital interface in the lobby. There were staff in the attached restaurant to help if necessary. The room was small but quiet and the hotel is in a great location."
"The location is the only tricky part. It’s 25 minutes walk away from the central station. And it’s on the hill. So if you’re carrying big luggage I’d recommend to use some transportation.
Other than that, everything was perfect. The room is clean. And not too small. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was a lovely stay"
"Small room but comfortable bed. No desk space. TV instructions were incomprehensible so I could never watch tv. Rooms only cleaned every four days, so you had to scrounge if you needed something like more toilet paper.
Breakfast had some good things (fresh pastries!) but was always the same. No strong black tea, however."
