Good, clean, conveniently located property to everything in downtown Aspen…I would not call it a luxury accommodation, but it was solid and had everything to meet our needs including a nice gym.

Wish there wasn't water turnoff between 9-12 during our stay which was very inconvenient. There were some plugs in the kitchen that didnt work either. Couldn't understand the temp thermostat which was inconvenient as the apartment got really hot at night.

Ski in and out!

Great location. We ended up here last minute and it was amazing. You can ski in and out and the bellmen will take You all over town. A true gem!

Every condo is individually owned and decorated so some may be a little out dated and the location of some condos are more convenient than others. The staff here really makes the property.. they go above and beyond... grocery shopping, driving you wherever needed, pick up and drop off from airport! It was seriously first class service!

Beautiful sunlit condo with views

We really enjoyed having such a beautifully appointed condo with a view of aspen trees and the mountainside. Our studio apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Everything was top notch in regards to amenities and helpful staff. We loved having a peaceful location that was only a 2 minute drive down to the heart of Aspen. We would highly recommend the Aspen Alps.

We loved staying here. The property is perfectly located in Aspen and is easy to get to anywhere you wish. The staff was amazing. Always had a shuttle available and everyone was friendly. Our room was great. Definitely have already recommended friends to stay here.

Convenient and comfortable family friendly condo

The staff was super friendly at Aspen Alps Condo. We had a great stay and the 2 bedroom condo we booked can easily sleep 6 people and even up to 8. It was perfect for 4 of us and we had a comfortable stay. The condo was clean. Interior is outdated, but it doesn't impact the fact that short walking to town, roomy space and beautiful view.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. Shane was so helpful and always a joy to see. The townhouse was perfectly located next Ajax. We enjoyed the beautiful view each morning. We will be returning during the Spring.

Aspen Amazing

Although getting to condo was easy, the road access next to condo was not a benefit. Motorcylces raced all day up and down the main road as well as TVFs. SO relaxing definitely did not happen during the 5 week stay. This may need to be added to the description of the condo so that folks traveling with children are aware of the noise level.

very friendly staff - the car service is excellent and very convenient! I happened to be in a room without the facilities to wash clothes. The front desk was able to effortlessly arrange for housekeeping to pickup and launder clothes without a fuss - much appreciated!

Aspen Vacation

The hotel is in a great location with great service; however, some things in the condo look a little of dated and could use an upgrade. The beds could also use some extra padding, the bed that I slept it felt kind of like a rock and didn't feel as comfortable as I would like it. Over all the place is amazing and is definitely worth every penny spent and could just use some minor upgrade. The location is also really nice its walkable to the town center and just outside enough to not get too loud.
