Downtown Aspen and the Silver Queen Gondola sit two blocks away. This four-level townhome is a flat, short walk to all Aspen offers, but is quiet and peaceful in a unique location tucked between Ute Ave and Aspen Mountain. In fall 2026, the new owners replaced most of the furniture and artwork; a few photos have not yet been updated to reflect pieces still on order.

The main living area offers high ceilings and great Aspen Mountain and gondola views, a wood-burning fireplace, sectional sofa, 83” TV, and a window seat for some quiet hour before dinner. The formal dining area seats eight and the bar seats four. The deck with a grill opens onto a large backyard. This level also includes a separate family room with a large work desk, plus a powder room.

The top-floor primary suite has a King bed and two large chairs facing the TV, and views of Aspen Mountain and the gondola.

The first level includes two bedrooms, each with 65” TVs, and two full bathrooms. A spacious mudroom and interior closet offer ample room to put on and store boots and gear. The home also offers an exterior heated ski locker. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer completes this level.

The lower level is a 700-square-foot guest king-bed suite. The spacious bathroom has a jetted marble tub, a steam shower, and dual vanities. This suite includes a separate living area with a 77” TV.
