Chateau Chaumont boasts a prime location, just one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. This condo features many amenities, including an in-unit washer/dryer, a sofa/sleeper in the main living area, and flat screen TVs throughout.

Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
