Cold showers, downgraded room

The hot water intermittently turned cold and we were put in a room right off of the breakfast area with no windows in the basement as opposed to our original room on the 3rd floor. Disappointed overall but the location was good and pet policy was great.

Great location-left more to desire

Great location and really convenient. We stayed in the bottom floor and the run was run down and extremely loud with the breakfast crowd, which woke us up early after a late night concert.
