Our upscale urban, uniquely decorated, open-floor plan offers a cozy and relaxed, yet sophisticated mountain ambiance. Get the essence of this amazing Rocky Mountain town by staying here!

We are all about low, lounge-y sofa and chairs that balances a modern line with deep comfort.

* The spacious kitchen and dining area is more than perfect for small meals. Besides the usual, we offer an ice machine, nice cooking utensils, condiments and coffee!  The dining table doubles as a comfortable work table with reliable Wi-fi and a smart HD TV, it swivels so it’s convenient to watch TV from the comfortable seating area, kitchen or from bed.

* A lovely pine tree is the view with a park beyond. The large double pane windows have modern darkening shades for privacy and quietness; the windows slide open extra wide for a breeze. For your comfort, we provide a fan and humidifier. Our baseboard heater is extra, ordinarily quiet.

* We keep the condo as hypo-allergic as possible in consideration of our guests with allergies.  For twenty years we've been using two products from Eco Sense -one to clean followed by a sanitizing, disinfectant made of tea tree oil. 

* The unit has some white plush rugs and white linen accents. Please note that no shoes, animals, smoking, cigarettes, pot or vaping are allowed.

Great return visit to Aspen

I have stayed at this property several times. It is consistently well maintained and the owners are extremely responsive to any questions. It's an ideal location for a ski weekend in Aspen with no rental car necessary. Wonderful location.

A very memorable stay

It was a very memorable stay. Outstanding location with great breakfast and lunch place near by. Very cozy small apartment, which is perfectly suitable for two people. It has everything you would need during your stay and makes you feel at home. Big windows, lots of light, quiet, though very close, just a few steps to restaurants, shops and the gondolas. We had an excellent communication with the host, who was very attentive to our needs, and responded very quickly to our messages.

Unit was all I needed. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Tastefully decorated. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good linens. and fully accommodated for small kitchen which i didn't use.

You will absolutely want to stay here!

My husband and I loved staying at this beautiful property! It is the absolute perfect location! It has wonderful large windows that were perfect for opening as we had our morning coffee. We were only a couple of blocks from our fav restaurants & shopping, and then hiking in the beautiful park across the street is an added bonus. It is decorated so modern- just beautiful in every way. Robin was dream to work with. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Aspen each summer. We have found our perfect place to land..!

Cute condo at a prime location

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Aspen. The condo is in a prime location, very close to all the restaurants, galleries and shops in downtown Aspen, as well as the Gondola station. Robin was very responsive as well.

An Excellent Weekend

I stayed at this property for a Thursday - Sunday weekend. I had a great stay. The best part of the property is the location. It is a short walk to the best restaurants and shopping. The condo only requires climbing one flat of stairs. Once you unlock the door (via your phone’s bluetooth- very simple and efficient-) you will find a small but tidy restroom on the right and the bedroom/living space/kitchen straight ahead. The space is plenty big for 1 or 2 people, but no more than that. It has all the amenities you’d ever need whether you plan to cook or relax. Great use of the space and comfortable bed. This is a great spot to stay to avoid the costly hotel prices in Aspen. Highly recommend and will be returning. Robin (property manager) was responsive and easy to work with.

You get what you pay for

This place needs some work. It was clean enough but there were a lot of things that need to be fixed (holes in walls and kitchen backsplash, cupboards and floors falling apart in bathroom, and washer issues to name a few). The place also had too much furniture and owner’s belongings. If you are uncomfortable staying in someone’s primary residence then don’t stay here. If I had known that this was the owner’s primary residence then we wouldn’t have booked the place. It felt very cramped but what can you expect from a tiny studio apartment. You definitely get what you pay for here. I recommend spending a little more to have a better stay in Aspen!

Cluttered, Not Clean, Unpleasant, AVOID

Supposedly the soundproof windows block noise from Main Street. The windows don't do much for the road noise unfortunately. You feel like you are sleeping next to a highway. The manger didn't send me any other condo instructions such as wifi password, etc, until long after I arrived and asked, and could not find passwords written down anywhere inside the condo. The bed has a thick memory foam topper which is unsupportive and uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are drowning, and your feet end up higher than your head. I had to remove the topper, and put it on the couch because there was no other space to put it. All the cabinets were cluttered, and several cabinets were full of food that expired in 2020 and 2021. Mind you, my stay was last week, 2024! "Help yourself" it said on a note in the cabinets. No thanks! The drawers are full also, no storage space available. I was baffled when I saw that the bathroom floor was covered in an animal skin rug. It was full of hair from other guests. The bathroom floor seemed like it was never cleaned before I got there. There was no broom or vacuum, so I used a swiffer from the closet. I told the mgr- she did not offer any monetary resolution for the issues. She offered unhelpful low value things such as sending the cleaner back AFTER I cleaned, and comping me dessert at a restaurant. She texted me incessantly. "Where are you dining? What are you drinking? Are you having fun?" Intrusive questions. Just dumb. Poor customer service.

Comfy Aspen Condo

Robin was great. Made renting her place easy and enjoyable. Accommodations are as advertised. Only issue we had was temperature, but that was quickly resolved with a text message.

Great location!

We stayed here for Aspen Food & Wine and had a fabulous time! The location couldn’t be better - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Bonus points it is right by Spring Cafe which makes for a great breakfast for lunch. The studio is perfect for two people and plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack comfortably. Thank you Robin, we look forward to staying here again!!
